From your brief to a website you can use
A Website Built Around Customer Decisions
A useful service page helps visitors answer four questions before they decide to contact you.
Is this for me?
Name the service, who it helps and the locations or markets you serve.
What is included?
Explain the scope, process and practical details customers need to compare their options.
Why trust this business?
Show genuine work, relevant experience and evidence you have permission to share.
What happens next?
Offer a clear inquiry route and explain what information helps the first conversation.
This is an illustrative page structure. The final content and layout are shaped around your services and agreed scope. A clearer website helps buyers evaluate your offer; inquiries still depend on demand, an offer that fits customer needs, relevant traffic and timely follow-up.
Useful content
Clear services, relevant answers and genuine evidence help visitors decide whether your business is right for them.
Consistent design
A shared visual system makes the website easier to navigate and helps each page feel like part of the same business.
Room for future growth
The page structure can support more services and markets as your business grows. Additional pages, features and integrations are scoped separately.
Repair, redesign or rebuild?
Start with the problem, the buyer journey and the technical foundation. The most extensive option is not automatically the right one.
Repair
For an isolated, testable fault on a foundation that is still maintainable.
Examples: a form, a mobile block or an unclear page.
Redesign in place
For coordinated content, navigation and layout work on a usable platform.
Review the templates, hierarchy and visual system together.
Rebuild
For structural or technical limits that make reliable improvement impractical.
Inventory the URLs, forms and tracking before planning the change.
We review the existing site before recommending the scope. Repairs, migration and additional functionality are quoted separately where they fall outside the agreed website package.
Standard payment processing and currency conversion costs are included in our service fees. There is no separate PayPal surcharge. Advertising spend is paid directly to Google and is additional. Any applicable taxes, optional services and third party costs are itemized in the proposal, with the full payable total agreed before work begins.
A practical build with clear boundaries
Our Astra/Spectra approach uses starter layouts and reusable WordPress blocks. Customization covers colors, fonts, images, content and inquiry routes within the approved template. Each standard page is one URL with up to eight sections and 600 words of supplied copy; legal pages count toward the agreed limit. Two consolidated revision rounds and 14 days of fixes for issues in the delivered scope are included.
Bespoke layouts, custom code, ecommerce, memberships, full copywriting and complex integrations need a separate scope. Domain, hosting, paid tools and ongoing maintenance are agreed separately. Compare website packages and monthly services →

Can you redesign my existing WordPress website?

What does a WordPress website cost?
₹20,000 / 3 pages, ₹30,000 / 5 pages, ₹50,000 / 10 pages. One-time project fees. Additional standard page: ₹3,000. The agreed template and two consolidated revision rounds are included. Full copywriting, bespoke design and extra functionality are separate.
Do you help with website content?
Light editing of your supplied copy is included within the agreed page limits. Full copywriting or additional content is scoped separately. We confirm source material, content responsibilities and the review process before work begins.
Will the website work on mobile?
We design responsive layouts and check the main pages, navigation and inquiry routes across relevant screen sizes before launch.
Are hosting and paid tools included?
Domain, hosting, paid plugins, stock images and special integrations are discussed separately where required. We confirm any external costs before committing to them.
Can the website support Google Ads and SEO?
We plan clear service pages, useful content and contact routes. Ongoing SEO, campaign management and conversion tracking should be agreed as part of the relevant service scope.
Can we add international markets later?
Yes. We can discuss additional pages and localised content for selected markets. Research, translation, functionality and any additional work are scoped separately.
What should I prepare before requesting a website quote?
Share your business, ideal buyers, main services, service areas, existing website and the action visitors should take. List the pages you need, the copy and images you can supply, and any forms or integrations. A budget range and target launch date are helpful if known; mark unknowns clearly. We confirm the template, page count and responsibilities before quoting. Use our copyable website brief to organize these details; no download or account is needed.
