See which marketing supports customer outcomes

Make your next marketing decision with better evidence. Connect inquiry data with lead quality and customer outcomes where your records allow it.

Different stages, different evidence
  1. Contact action

Record the attempt without calling it a sale.

  2. Received and reviewed

    Confirm receipt and assess suitability.

  3. Business outcome

Join to customer records where evidence allows.

An approach to the work, not a prediction of results.

YOUR CURRENT STAGE

Turn scattered numbers into a useful decision

Your reports show activity, but it is hard to see which sources bring useful opportunities. Mixing clicks, received forms and sales makes that decision harder.

Define each step from discovery to customer, with an owner and a reliable record. Agree what the numbers mean before installing more tracking.

THE USEFUL WORK

Give each marketing signal a clear meaning

Choose the work that addresses the gap. Each task should have a purpose, a defined scope and a way to review it.

01 / FOCUS AREA

Define the events that matter

Separate supporting contact clicks, successful submissions and recorded sales outcomes. Agree which events should inform reporting and advertising decisions.

02 / FOCUS AREA

Review the tracking foundation

Assess the agreed GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads setup, form behavior and source information. Check for duplicate or misleading events within the authorized scope.

03 / FOCUS AREA

Connect the customer outcome

Identify what your existing CRM or lead log can reliably record. Any offline conversion integration depends on technical compatibility, suitable data and verified privacy requirements.

04 / FOCUS AREA

Turn reporting into a review

Use consistent reporting windows and sales feedback to decide what to continue, change or stop. Keep uncertainty visible when attribution is incomplete.

FROM REVIEW TO DELIVERY

Agree the events, sources and review process

  1. STEP 01

    Map the current data

Review tools, properties, event definitions, lead handling and the available history. Confirm who owns records and who can maintain them.

  2. STEP 02

    Agree and verify the setup

Implement the scoped measurement changes and agree a safe acceptance test. A tag appearing in a browser is not proof that a lead reached the CRM.

  3. STEP 03

    Review acquisition economics

Compare channel activity with qualified inquiries and customer outcomes. Include the appropriate acquisition costs and recognize the time between an inquiry and a sale.

EVIDENCE BEFORE ASSUMPTIONS

Separate contact activity from customer outcomes

Useful measures include cost per qualified inquiry, inquiry to opportunity rate and customer acquisition cost when complete records and cost inputs exist. Revenue return needs actual attributed revenue; it cannot be derived from call clicks.

MATCH THE SERVICE TO THE GAP

Build a marketing measurement setup your team can use

Compare current service scope and pricing. We agree project requirements before quoting; advertising spend is separate. Additional integration work requires a confirmed scope.

Review the client case studies for context. A local venue example is not a forecast for another service or market.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to help you choose your next step.

Will every customer be attributed perfectly?

No. Consent, behavior across devices, offline contact and incomplete sales records can leave gaps. Reports should explain those limitations rather than assign certainty to every interaction.

Can you work with our existing CRM?

We can assess the available records and integration options. Compatibility, permissions, maintenance and privacy requirements must be checked before promising a specific connection.

Is this included in a standard tracking setup?

Basic tracking and CRM or offline integration can have different scopes. The proposal should specify tools, events, testing, responsibilities and any additional integration work before implementation.

What information makes a marketing review useful?

Choose one reporting period and share aggregate advertising spend, management fees, received inquiries, qualified leads and customers where known. Keep each stage separate and note the source, sales cycle and missing data. Actual revenue and delivery costs are needed to discuss profitability. We can begin by checking event definitions when outcome records are incomplete; a tracking setup alone does not include CRM integration or ongoing reporting.
